More Than Half of the Homes at Pavilion Park in Irvine Have Now Closed Escrow

Just shy of the one-year anniversary of the grand opening of Pavilion Park, FivePoint Communities announced today that more than half of the 726 homes ultimately available at Pavilion Park have closed escrow and several hundred families have made Pavilion Park their new address. Sales demonstrate that Pavilion Park is a strong success.
