Every third Friday night each month through September, Beacon Park is transformed into a gathering place bringing together neighbors, family and friends for a casual night of fun.

With the weather feeling more akin to summer than winter, Saturday afternoon was a picture-perfect day for the third annual Lunar New Year celebration at Beacon Park of Great Park Neighborhoods. Doubling the attendance from last years event, more than 2,500 people danced to live music, used their imagination with arts and crafts, and supported local artisan fairs at the night market. The pounding drums of joy were accompanied by joyful cheers and laughter by adults and children alike all enjoying the one-of-a-kind traditional lion dance in the park.

Residents of Southern California enjoy the outdoors every season, but autumn at Great Park Neighborhoods is a special time for families and friends to gather together and enjoy the warm weather during monthly celebrations at Beacon Park! Sunday Funday events recently took place for residents of all ages. Beacon Park welcomed everyone with live music, arts & crafts and gourmet food trucks, all with a family-friendly ambience. Guests relaxed on the grass, enjoyed a walk around the park, explored The LookOut, a unique and elaborate treehouse with a birds-eye view of the park, or took a stroll through the nearby models to discover brand-new homes now selling at Beacon Park.
