Beacon Park Grand Opening

More than 25,000 visitors came out for the Beacon Park grand opening weekend on Aug 15 16 to tour new-home models, explore amenities, and enjoy the weekend at Beacon Parks neighborhood park. From getting colorful at the Arts House, to enjoying the view at The Lookout, an elaborate treehouse overlooking the nearby Orange County Great Park, visitors learned firsthand how life will be different here. Before the day was over, several guests left Beacon Park as new homeowners becoming the latest additions to the Great Park Neighborhoods family.

To commemorate the beginning of Beacon Park, members of the Great Park Neighborhoods team along with FivePoint President & CEO Emile Haddad officially opened the second of the Great Park Neighborhoods with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Irvine mayor Steven Choi presented Emile Haddad with a certificate from the city and a hearty congratulations to the entire FivePoint team for their efforts in making Beacon Park a reality.
