Pavilion Park Named "Best Master-Planned Community of the Year" at the Nationals Awards
February 11, 2015
For the second time in four months, Pavilion Park, the first of Irvines Great Park Neighborhoods, has been honored as Master-Planned Community of the Year. The communitys latest triumph came at the International Builders Show (IBS), where Pavilion Park virtually swept The Nationals competition and took Platinum honors in the Best in American Living Awards (BALA).
The Nationals recognize the years most outstanding work in residential real estate sales, marketing and design. Sponsored by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), it is the nation's largest competition for new home sales and marketing professionals and communities.
Along with Master-Planned Community of the Year, Pavilion Park took seven Gold and nine Silver Awards in the competition, which drew more than 1,300 entries from the United States and Canada. Pavilion Park was lauded for unique elements that express its Life will be different here marketing theme. Among these are trails, mature trees, a central park, greenhouse and outdoor recreational and entertainment spaces.
These most recent awards add to an impressive roster of accolades for Pavilion Park in its debut year, including multiple awards at last years SoCal Awards and Gold Nugget Awards. Pavilion Parks winning streak reflects the opinions of both respected industry professionals and discriminating home buyers. Five of the neighborhoods original 10 residential collections have already sold out, and fewer than 40 homes remain in this award-winning neighborhood.
