New Thanksgiving Tradition…The Great Bike Ride

What better way to spend a holiday weekend than enjoying the outdoors with family and some socially-distanced friends? GPN residents recently got outside and on to their bikes, using pedal-power to participate in our Great Bike Ride event. 

 

The sun was shining, and (masked) smiles were bright, as families, big and small, rode together through our parks and neighborhood trails. All along the 5-mile-long route, residents had fun searching for hidden clues during a scavenger hunt, with some lucky folks winning prizes for their efforts. 

 

It was exciting to see families compete to cross the beautifully decorated finish-line at the pedestrian bridge on Irvine Boulevard. What a perfect end to a fun-filled Great Bike Month!
