CUSTOM ORANGE BICYCLES DELIVERED TO PAVILION PARK NEW HOMEOWNERS

If you've started noticing what appears to be a fleet of orange bicycles on the streets and trails in and around Irvine, you're not imagining things. The bikes have started appearing because FivePoint Communities has begun delivering on its promise to provide a new bicycle to every new household in the Great Park Neighborhoods. The first custom, bright orange Great Park Neighborhoods cruisers, designed by Felt Bicycles, were presented on February 23 to the first 75 homeowners to close escrow on new homes in Pavilion Park. More will be coming soon as bicycles are distributed monthly to new homeowners who closed escrow in the preceding month.

To make it official, Irvine police officers issued California bicycle licenses to the new bike owners. And Irvine Bicycles staff was on hand to adjust handlebars and seats on each bicycle for the perfect fit for each rider.

Opportunities for homeowners to hop on their new cruisers will be enhanced by the miles of bikeable streets and public trails that surround the Great Park Neighborhoods, bringing back the authentic friendly ambiance of neighborhoods past.
