It’s the Year of the Rat!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our festive event to kick off Lunar New Year celebrations for the Year of the Rat! With entertainment for the whole family, festivities included traditional music, festive installations and snacks, as well as traditional Lion Head Dance performances. Attendees honored the year ahead in mindfulness that “rats are clever, quick thinkers; successful, but content with living a quiet and peaceful life.” Years of the Rat to date include: 1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, 2008 and 2020.
