PAVILION PARK RECEIVES GRAND AWARD FOR BEST SUSTAINABLE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY AT GOLD NUGGET AWARDS

FivePoint Communities earned a Grand Award for Pavilion Park for Best Sustainable Residential Community at the 2014 Gold Nugget Awards for architectural design and planning excellence. Pavilion Park is the first of the Great Park Neighborhoods.
Judges stated, We are beginning to see the nuts and bolts reality of sustainability in the planning and implementation of new residential communitiesWalking, biking, gardening, access to transportation and neighborhood parks all play a role in enhancing the lifestyles of the neighborhood population. This trend will continue and this project [Pavilion Park] sets a standard.
The awards are presented by PCBC-The Premier Building Show and recognize those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development. Pavilion Parks win underscores FivePoint Communities vision to design a new type of neighborhood with a unique combination of sustainable building techniques, architectural diversity and features that encourage neighbors to connect with each other and nature.
