Great Park Neighborhoods welcomes sixth affordable apartment community
FivePoint co-hosted a May 23 grand opening for Belaira – a 144-unit affordable apartment community for families – alongside collaborators Related California and Riverside Charitable Corporation.
Located within Great Park Neighborhoods, Belaira includes a mix of one- to three-bedroom units. The amenity-rich facility includes an outdoor courtyard, exercise area, dog park, swimming pool, and tot lot.
Great Park Neighborhoods now has 853 fully-leased apartments in six communities (three for families and three for seniors), with at least 200 more units planned in the years to come.
