Aloha, Great Park Neighborhoods!

Hulas, ukuleles and tikis…everyone had a blast at the GP-TIKI resident event! The virtual island-themed party brought the Hawaiian staycation vibe straight to our neighborhood. Participants decorated their houses and were invited to pick up a traditional meal of teriyaki chicken, kalua pulled pork, Hawaiian mac salad and more at the drive-by luau. Visitors, by car or bicycle, were greeted with traditional dancers and the opportunity to snap a photo. Residents were then invited to meet on Zoom for a live hula lesson, ukulele performance, and family games. What a great way to celebrate a little island fun!
