When fully realized, Great Park will be 1,300 acres of lovingly refreshed green space—and over 50% larger than New York’s Central Park. The former Marine Corp Air Station El Toro is already known for its Farmers Market, Sports Park and Ice Arena—facilities which don’t fall under our HOA but are close enough to enjoy daily. And Great Park’s trails serve as important connections between our neighborhoods.
