The Great Park Neighborhoods will follow the master-planned tradition of the City of Irvine — the practice that has guided development and made this community so desirable. The Great Park Neighborhoods has been working closely with Irvine city leaders on the Great Park Implementation Plan, which is the overall master plan for this property.
Three distinct neighborhoods will bring a rich variety of housing, shops, restaurants, workplaces, educational institutions, parks, trails and outdoor activities within walking or biking distance from home.
As the Great Park Neighborhoods are developed, they will provide the tax revenues to finance and build the great park — at no cost to current taxpayers.
This fall we plan to break ground on the first Neighborhood, which will combine a variety of retail, office and residential choices with educational institutions and lifelong learning opportunities — an exciting and innovative new concept.
